Philip J. Hacker, CPA
Has a bachelors degree in accounting from
Queens College, New York and a masters degree in business from Columbia University,
New York. Prior to the formation of the accounting firm, Mr. Hacker held senior positions
with Price Waterhouse & Co. and Walt Disney Productions. He is a member of the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; the California Society of Certified
Public Accountants; lecturer at seminars sponsored by various professional organizations
and academic institutions and instructor of accounting at the University of California,
Los Angeles Extension.
Elaine P. Douglas, CPA
Has a bachelor’s
degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz and completed
accounting studies at the University of California, Los Angeles. Ms. Douglas
joined the firm in 1983. She is a member of The American Society of
Certified Public Accountants, The California Society of Certified Public
Accountants, The American Film Institute and Women in Film.
Barbara A. Beebe, CPA
Has a bachelors degree from Smith College,
Massachusetts and a masters degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
She completed her accounting studies at the University of California, Los Angeles. Ms.
Beebe joined the firm in 1985 and is a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified
Public Accountants; served as coordinator of seminars on participation accounting at the
University of California, Los Angeles Extension.
James R. Perry,
CPA
Has a bachelor’s degree in
accounting from California State University, Northridge. Mr. Perry joined
the firm as a partner in 1986. Prior the joining of the firm, Mr.
Perry was an audit manager at Arthur Young & Company, specializing in the
entertainment industry. He has testified as an expert witness in
numerous cases involving profit participation disputes. Mr. Perry is a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public
Accountants.
Wendy Mills, CPA
Has a bachelor's degree in
accounting from Boston University and a master's degree from California State
University, Fullerton. Ms. Mills received a CPA certification in the
state of New York. She has over 20 years of experience in auditing and
accounting in the entertainment industry.
Ms. Mills' previous positions include Vice President of Finance in the
Columbia TriStar Television division of Sony Pictures Entertainment,
Controller of Spelling Television, and Director of Internal Audit for The
Spelling Entertainment Group.
